On our initial call, we’ll get to know you, delve into our travel planning services and discuss the trip you’re dreaming of. Let's explore the endless options together.
Initial Custom
Designed Itinerary
The design process has begun! Your Travel Designer will provide an initial itinerary based on your unique specifications. Carefully chosen properties, private experiences and logistics all come together for you to review.



Modifications +
Confirmation
Feedback and modifications are all part of the process. Let us know any changes you envision and we'll suggest alternative hotels or experiences to get it just right. Once details are to your liking, we'll confirm all arrangements and you can start packing your bags!
Pre-Departure
Consult
Prior to departure, your Travel Designer will review every aspect of your trip including travel logistics, entry requirements, packing suggestions, and tipping guidelines. Our Tribù Travel app will include all the details you'll need while traveling such as contact details, pickup times, confirmation numbers and flight details.


Departure
It's time to travel! Everything is in order so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience. Our dedicated team on the ground will be there to assist with questions or needs you may have. Enjoy your trip!

How early should I plan my trip?

We recommend starting 6–12 months in advance for peak seasons or complex itineraries. That said, we’re happy to discuss last-minute ideas if you’re feeling spontaneous—just be aware that availability may vary.
Will you handle flights and logistics?

We coordinate internal flights, transfers, experiences, and any special requests, ensuring a seamless flow from day one to departure.
How do you incorporate philanthropy?

We seek out lodging partners and experiences rooted in community development, conservation, and women’s empowerment. Each trip creates tangible benefits for the local people and environments you visit.
What if I need to make changes?

We get it—plans can evolve. Whether it’s swapping a lodge, accommodating dietary needs, or adding a special experience, we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests so your journey feels just right.
How does payment work?

We generally break payments into milestones (e.g. planning fee, deposit, and final balance) and discuss those details upfront so there are no surprises.

We don’t believe in pre-packaged getaways or one-size-fits-all tours. Instead, we craft each journey with the care you’d find in a custom-made suit.
