Nestled in the heart of Rajasthan, India, SUJÁN Jawai Leopard Camp offers a unique blend of luxury, adventure, and wildlife conservation. This incredible camp is not just a destination; it is a story of passion, dedication, and a family's unwavering commitment to preserving the natural beauty and wildlife of the Jawai region.

The SUJÁN Story

The SUJÁN story began 46 years ago when the family fell in love with Ranthambhore, a place where tigers roam. Their commitment to conservation and hospitality spans two generations. The SUJÁN brand, named after an ancestor, combines a legacy of entrepreneurship with a passion for nature. Founders Tejbir and Malvika Singh pioneered wildlife filming and conservation efforts in Rajasthan by starting The Ranthambhore Foundation and purchasing farmland in the area. Their son Jaisal continues this legacy with luxury camps like Sher Bagh, The Serai, and JAWAI, emphasizing community conservation and eco-friendly practices.

Jaisal and his wife, Anjali, have also forged partnerships across continents, sharing expertise and love for Africa investing in The Elephant Pepper Camp in North Mara Conservancy in Kenya.

A Sanctuary for Leopards

SUJÁN Jawai is renowned for its thriving population of leopards. The camp offers guests the rare opportunity to observe these elusive big cats in their natural habitat. But SUJÁN is more than just a place to see leopards; it's a hub for conservation efforts aimed at protecting these magnificent creatures and their environment.

The Singhs' have collaborated with local communities and wildlife experts to ensure the safety and well-being of the leopards. They have implemented measures such as creating buffer zones, conducting regular wildlife monitoring, and promoting awareness among the local population about the importance of conservation. This holistic approach has not only safeguarded the leopards but also enriched the lives of the people living in the Jawai region.
